POSITION SUMMARY

  • Transfer clients by driving and maintaining vehicles.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform pre-vehicle review
  • Plan routes and requirements by studying schedule or special requests
  • Check road conditions, flight statuses and estimate travel times
  • Arrange temporary and long-term parking if needed
  • Arrive to clients pick-up location on-time
  • Help clients in and out of vehicle
  • Load and unload luggage
  • Safely operate vehicles
  • Maintain professional rapport with client
  • Document travel logs
  • Notify office immediately after an accident or any damage to the vehicle
  • Perform post-vehicle review

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes
  • Favorable driving record as per insurance industry standards
  • Dependable
  • Proficient at safety management
  • Enthusiastic attitude!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent map reading skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as trip instructions, safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Professional demeanor
  • Respects confidentiality
  • Team player
  • Able to understand and operate cell phone
