POSITION SUMMARY
Transfer clients by driving and maintaining vehicles.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform pre-vehicle review
Plan routes and requirements by studying schedule or special requests
Check road conditions, flight statuses and estimate travel times
Arrange temporary and long-term parking if needed
Arrive to clients pick-up location on-time
Help clients in and out of vehicle
Load and unload luggage
Safely operate vehicles
Maintain professional rapport with client
Document travel logs
Notify office immediately after an accident or any damage to the vehicle
Perform post-vehicle review
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes
Favorable driving record as per insurance industry standards
Dependable
Proficient at safety management
Enthusiastic attitude!
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent map reading skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as trip instructions, safety rules and procedure manuals
